Job Role

The purpose of the Sales Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Sales Team. The Sales Administrator will ensure each customer order meets the specified requirements and that the administrative tasks associated with ordering, processing and delivering a vehicle are completed accurately and on time.



  • Proven track record of excellent administration with preference given to those with previous experience in a sales admin support role in the automotive industry and invoicing experience.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to process information accurately and efficiently is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others and have excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
