Prentice Portadown are well established car dealership based in Portadown. Their brands include BMW & MINI.
- To ensure the smooth running of reception, coffee area and showroom
- To maintain service levels as set by management and manufacturer
Ensure a professional service is provided at all times
- General administrative duties as and when required
- Organisation of Reception rota to manage showroom cover
- Any other ad hoc duties as deemed appropriate by management
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years’ experience within a customer services or hospitality role
Previous reception experience (preferably switchboard experience)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Natural ability to deliver a 5 star customer experience

Hours of Work
30 + Hours per week including some evenings and Saturday cover.
(Full flexibility in hours would be required for this role).
Hours to cover showroom opening times:
Mon, Tues, Fri 08.00- 18.00
Wed, Thur 08.00-20.00
