As the Digital Enquiry Executive it will be your responsibility to manage and nurture all incoming online enquiries and deliver an exceptional personalised customer experience.
- At least one year’s experience operating successfully within a customer services/customer support role.
- Proven track record of delivering an exceptional 5 star service to customers.
- Previous experience in telesales/telemarketing.
- Previous experience working in a targeted environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail especially in relation to grammar, spelling etc..
- Previous track record of building professional relationship with colleagues, customers and external clients.
